Foods in Sweden
It seems it's not only me who have some trouble with foods in Sweden.
Here's an experience of an American girl.
Here's an experience of an Irish man.
A former Londoner, born and bred in Tokyo, now lives in Stockholm without speaking Swedish, working as a development economist with interest in art, design, foods, music, travel, and the quality of life.

Well - I live at a closeby country - and let me tell you - the American girl is SOOO wrong.
Swedish food is not viking food - it might have been once, but the Sweedish food now-a-days is very much influenced by Russian cuisine
Now if you go beyond 200 km north of Stockholm, you are more likely to meed old tradioned Sweedish cooking - well there is something for every taste bud :o)
